doing:  blogging, watching Luke nap next to me, watching The Chew for some recipe inspiration, and enjoying the cool breeze coming through my windows.

loving:  Luke's age right now. he is so much fun. i love watching him play. and i love trying everything and anything to get him to laugh. he has the cutest little belly laugh.

reading:  The Complete Tales of Winnie-the-Pooh (i read a few pages to Luke everyday), other blogs, and magazines mostly.

listening:  The Lumineers,  Mumford & Sons, The Avett Brothers, and Old Crow Medicine Show. i need to find some new music to listen to. since having Luke, i haven't put in any effort to listen to anything new.

watching:  i watch Game of Thrones every sunday night, it is my "get a bowl of ice cream and get lost in fantasy land time." i also love watching The Following, and The Big Bang Theory.

thinking about:  our monthly budget. this is a big learning experience for me. i have always been financially independent, so this is going to take some patience on my part.

looking forward to:  so many things!

Chad and i are going to be having our first mother's day and father's day as parents.

 i have a few furniture projects to get started on, one of which is a dresser for our bedroom.

grilling! i love not having a kitchen full of dishes to clean up.

gardening. my flower beds are a mess. i couldn't clean them out last fall because i was so swollen and giant from my pregnancy. now, i can't wait to get my hands in the dirt.

making me happy:  hanging out with my little man all day, and daydreaming.
